Yes, I’m finally back!! I know I haven’t posted in forever, but it’s just been plain busy. I needed to take a break from blogging and focus on other things, but I’ve had so much going on, that getting caught up or relaxing wasn’t even part of it. I’m here now though!!
I had a member of my group ask me to make some printable for Mrs. Wishy Washy and I was happy to do that for her. She’s a great lady and I consider her an online friend. There’s one more thing that she’d like me to make, but not sure if or when I’ll get to it. If I do, it’ll be a set of jigsaw puzzles for little hands.
But, for now, I have these to share with you all!! There’s a set of alphabet flashcards and alphabet match 2-part card where upper case is matched to lower case. I also made a set of kindergarten Dolch sight word flashcards.
You’ll also find a pull and retell the story printable. It’s one of my favorites!! There’s also a set of characters that can be used for stick puppets or felt story pieces. Finally, there’s a set of word wall cards with all the characters and items from the story.
If you’re interested in any of these printables, please just click on the Mrs. Wishy Washy book cover above to be taken to the download folder.
NOTE: Mrs. Wishy Washy is written by Joy Cowley and is illustrated by Elizabeth Fuller. I in no way lay claim to the book, the characters, or anything else pertaining to Mrs. Wishy Washy. These printables are not for profit and are for educational purposes only!!

[…] Mrs. Wishy Washy – 1 freebie(s) […]
When I click it says it’s encrypted. So I joined Box…whatever that is…and it still won’t download. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’m particularly interested in the lower vs upper case alphabet cards.
I’ve clicked on the link in 3 different browsers (Mozilla, IE, and Chrome) and it opens right to the folder. Then I click on “download” next to the title of the download and it says “your download is starting”. After that the download box appears and I can save the file.
I’m sorry but I don’t know what else to tell you. I haven’t had any other complaints and those files have been downloaded several times. Good luck and thanks for your interest in my files!!
Thanks. i’ll try again at home. School computers are fairly junk, endless problems, and no ability to do anything to fix them as only one person has admin access. And they are PCs. Yuk! Thanks. I’ll try again.
yep. if i hit download button at top, i can open them. just can’t click on individual files. thanks heaps. Looks fantastic. I hadn’t taught for 10 yrs till a year ago and just before I went back to teaching I gave away all my resources to a young friend of a neighbour who was just finishing his teaching degree. Didn’t know I’d teach again a few months later and have to remake all resources!!! Websites like yours are so fantastic.
